Reliance Jio Laptop
One of the major telecom providers, Reliance Jio, has also introduced low-cost computers and smartphones.
The company unveiled its second JioBook laptop in July of this year. The cost was 16,499 rupees. Clout laptops from Reliance Jio could be available for about Rs 15,000 soon.
A media source claims that the corporation is in negotiations to produce this laptop with major manufacturers like HP, Acer, and Lenovo.
According to this rumor, which quotes a senior Reliance Jio executive, this laptop will be a "dumb terminal," with all of its processing and storage capabilities housed on Jio Cloud infrastructure.
As a result, less costly hardware will be required, and laptop prices will go down. On the other hand, a cloud-based computer's processing, storage, and other needs will require a continuous Internet connection.
A senior Jio executive stated in this report that a laptop's price is determined by its chipset, RAM, and processing capacity.

This laptop can also be purchased with a monthly cloud subscription bundle. This will resemble a subscription to Google One or Apple iCloud.
But the cost of Reliance Jio's cloud subscription won't be determined right now. This report states that an HP Chromebook is being used to evaluate this laptop.
Additionally, Reliance Jio's 5G FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) internet provider, Jio AirFiber, is expanding its scope of service.
In addition, it has been introduced in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. 115 cities are covered by Jio AirFiber. This has an installation fee of Rs 1,000.
However, the provider may waive the installation fee if you choose to subscribe to the annual plan for this service. Plans for Jio AirFiber begin at Rs 599 (GST excluded) per month. It offers limitless download speed and up to 30 Mbps. Users can choose between a six-month and an annual plan using this.
